Winter overload

Dec 13

Some pictures from digging out. It’s not often you have to shovel INSIDE of the house, but high wind + heavy snow + crack under the storm door meant I woke up on Wednesday with some cold shoes.

And here’s one from today. Part of me wanted to leave the tree up there for a couple days, just for the fun of it.

I'm trying to understand how that snow got in there! The base of that storm door is adjustable, I think, it slides up and down. Oh and don't forget to remove the snow off the back roof by the deck. You don't want ice dams. Pat has a roof rake :) Oh oh and one more thing. I would LOVE to see pix of the house all decorated for the holidays. I'm kinda bossy right? Sorry.

You guys should turn the heat on in the house, that will help eliminate drifting too. ;- )
